Multi-stakeholder stewardship campaign

COMMUNICATION STRATEGY & DESIGN

This statewide stewardship campaign with the Western Australian Coastal and Marine Network (WACMN) brings together coastal and marine communities to co-design stewardship practices that respond to climate change and support the rehabilitation of biodiversity. The campaign focuses on building a connected community of stewards and strengthening shared approaches to care across diverse coastal environments. This work is delivered in collaboration with the WA State Government, including DBCA, DPIRD, and Natural Resource Management (NRM) organisations.

My role involved developing the communications plan in alignment with WACMN’s strategic goals and leading the delivery of campaign communications. I provided guidance across media relations, digital communications, website content, the Groundswell newsletter, events, the Whirlpool collaboration hub, and video production, working collaboratively with a broader communications & design team to ensure a cohesive and effective approach.
