I developed an integrated website for an allied health practitioner, a chiropractor, designed to function as a seamless booking system. I reviewed the booking platform, connected it to the website, and compiled a bookings guide that answered common patient questions, reducing the demand on reception staff.

I also reviewed all communication documentation, signage, and other marketing materials to ensure they aligned with the business strategy.
